※ In order to make welding work simple and quick, the following functions are involved in saddle welding and cutting machine: parametric input, automated trace alignment, calibrating center with laser and partition setting of welding parameters ,etc.
※ With the equipment fixed on the operating machine, the equipment can be safely operated and can calibrate center with laser precisely and fast. The device is not affected by the diameter of the joint pipe limit such that weld can be done at all ranges. Basically, the equipment is pretty effective.
※ As a multifunctional and flexible machine, it is able to make convenient conversion from the function of cutting to welding. In addition, girth weld can be easily implemented with this machine.
※ Two different welding modes are available to be used: submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding.
